IRCTC started Delhi-Lucknow and Mumbai-Ahmedabad Tejas Express from Today – IRCTC.co.in

The train under the Indian Railway corporation which was run by the IRCTC has started their services in both the privately operated Tejas Express. The service will be started from today on corporate trains.

Due to the increasing cases of covid19, the Tejas Express trains were stopped from four months ago, which cover the track between Delhi to Lucknow and Mumbai to Ahmedabad. Now the Tejas Express will start its operations. The two Tejas Express services are the first group of trains which are run by the corporate sectors, IRCTC, and it is also a subsidiary for the Indian Railway.

Both trains will run four days a week for now. It will be changed after the covid 19 cases will be decreased. The trains will run on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The Train numbers 82901 and 82902 will run between Ahmedabad to Mumbai and train numbers 82501 and 82502 will run between Lucknow to Delhi on these particular days.

Travelers were not able to take the concession tickets in Tejas Express. The children below 5 years old will be booked with their parents. The name of the children who are booked will not appear in the chart. The Children Below 5 years old will be booked with full fare and the child will get a proper seat.

IRCTC launched an offer for booking tickets of Tejas Express with SBI cards

The travelers who want to book their tickets for these two Tejas Express trains can get an additional discount on tickets by using their co-branded credit card or the SBI Premium Loyalty card.

The major benefits are presented to IRCTC users who use the IRCTC SBI Premium Loyalty Card. They can get a welcome bonus of 500 points. If any user uses the SBI Premium Loyalty Card within the 45 days of the car insurance will get 500 points on booking their first Tejas Express ticket using the IRCTC SBI premium loyalty card after 5 days of their tour if their tickets will not cancel.

In both Tejas Express, there will be no tatkal or premium tatkal quota. Both trains have only the general and foreign tourist quota available for booking.

The Tejas train has promised that it will provide modern facilities and state of art amenities for the travelers traveling on the train. The Tejas Express train fare of Mumbai to Ahmedabad will be dynamic in nature with keeping in mind other modes of transport like bus, taxi, rail, and airfare.
