Education qualification & Experience
Joint Director- Group A:- Candidates should have a master degree in relevant field and three years experience in central/state level government services.
Deputy Director Group A:- Master degree in relevant field & 3 years experience.
Assistant Director Group A:- Master degree in relevant field and 3 years experience in grade rendered.
Senior Programmer A (NTA Recruitment 2023):- Master degree in statistics/mathematics/physics/operation research and formal training in computer programming or 3 years experience.
Programmer Group A:- Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operations Research/ Physics + 3 years experience in level 9 government services.
Research Scientist ‘C’ Group A:- Ph.D (with PG with a minimum of 55% marks) in Psychology/ Psychometrics/ Statistics and 10 years experience in assessment sector.
Research Scientist ‘A’ Group A:- Ph.D (with PG with a minimum of 55% marks) in Psychology/ Psychometrics/ Statistics and 2 years experience in relevant field.
Sr. Superintendent (Accounts) (Group B) :- Bachelor degree in any stream from a UGC approved university and knowledge of computer applications or 3 years experience in administration/public sector.
Stenographer (Group B):- Bachelor degree in any subject and 100/80 W.P.M. in stenography or 3 years experience in government sector.
Sr. Technician (Group B):- M.Sc./ B.Tech./ B.E. in appropriate field OR B.Sc. in appropriate field with 2 years experience in relevant field.
Jr. Assistant(Accounts) (Group C):- Applicants should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university with knowledge of computer application and 1 year experience.
